GUJMER Methyl Methacrylate Monomer
Gujmer is widely used to prepare copolymer or terpolymer resins as emulsions or solutions, using Butyl or Ethyl and Vinyl monomers for various applications.Aqueous dispersion emulsion of Gujmer and Butyl Acrylate finds its application as - A Binder for Webs including PP fibre and finishing agent for washable soft finishes. Homopolymer of Gujmer, in solution (solvents : MEK, Acetone, Toluene, Methylene Chloride) is preferred as top finishing agent for PVC leatherette, coated fabrics, air inflated tants and roofing, wall paper, table cloth, etc and as bonding agent for glass threads. Gujmer copolymerises with different unsaturated monomers giving product with desired properties for variety of applications |
GUJMET Methacrylic Acid
Gujmet is often copolymerised with other monomers to improve and provide specific properties in the product. Presence of Acid groups of Gujmet in a copolymer increases the hardness, raises the softening temperature improves oil and corrosion resistance and adhesion property. Also it improves freeze / thaw stability of emulsion. Free acid groups are also used for cross linking with epoxy resins and multivalent metal ions to produce thermo-setting finishes.
Gujmet can be polymerised / copolymerised to produce polyelectrolytes |

Gujpol-P is Polymethyl methacrylate type thermoplastic material supplied in pallet form in wide range of colours as well as water-clear colourless in 25kg. multi-ply paper bag with thick polyethylene Liner. |
