All Time Favorite Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 carrot (100 gms)
  • 1 cucumber (100 gms)
  • 1 white radish (100 gms) 8 tender cauliflower florets, raw or blanched (100 gms)
  • 2 tbsp green peas, boiled


SEASONING

  • 1 cup thick curd
  • Few mint leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste


METHOD

  1. Julienne carrot, cucumber and radish.
  2. Beat the curd well.
  3. Add peas, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Arrange the carrot, cucumber, radish and cauliflower florets in a salad dish.
  5. Pour curd dressing over vegetables, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
