Blue Cheese And Sour Cream Dip
Bold blue cheese makes a perfect dip for raw vegetables try carrot sticks, cucumber or zucchini spears, bell pepper strips, small inner romaine lettuce leaves, or cherry tomatoes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, purchased or homemade
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 ounces blue-veined cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
METHOD
Insert metal blade. Mince garlic leave in work bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, cheese, and salt; process continuously (stopping to scrape bowl once or twice) until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until next day. Makes 2 cups.
