Chutney : Coconut Chutney And Mango Chutney



Coconut Chutney

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup grated coconut (50gms)
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 chopped onion (50 gms)


SEASONING

  • 2 green chilies
  • 1" piece ginger
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add little water and blend in a mixer.

Mango Chutney

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green raw mango (100 gms)


SEASONING

  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 green or red chilies
  • 10 gms jaggery or sugar
  • 4 flakes garlic
  • Salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Peel and grate raw mango.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Add little water and blend in a mixer.
