Chutney : Coconut Chutney And Mango Chutney
Coconut Chutney
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup grated coconut (50gms)
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1 chopped onion (50 gms)
SEASONING
- 2 green chilies
- 1" piece ginger
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add little water and blend in a mixer.

Mango Chutney
INGREDIENTS
- 1 green raw mango (100 gms)
SEASONING
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 green or red chilies
- 10 gms jaggery or sugar
- 4 flakes garlic
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Peel and grate raw mango.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add little water and blend in a mixer.
