Chutney : Peanut Chutney And Mint Chutney
Peanut Chutney
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (100 gms)
- 2 tomatoes (200 gms)
- 1 onion (50 gms)
SEASONING
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 - 5 flakes garlic
- Few curry leaves
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Roast tomatoes and onion in an oven or
on a hot plate.
- Skin tomatoes and onion.
- Blend all ingredients in a mixer.

Mint Chutney
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups mint leaves (100 gms)
SEASONING
- 2-3 green chilies
- 4 - 5 flakes
- garlic a 1" piece ginger
- 2 tsp lemon juice or 1/2 raw mango,grated
- salt to taste
METHOD
- Wash mint leaves thoroughly,
- Blend all ingredients in a mixer.
