Banana Raita
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana (100 gms)
- 1 cup curd (ISO gms)
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Peel and cut banana into thin slices.
- Beat curd well.
- Add banana, salt and mustard to curd.
- Mix well.

Tomato Raita
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tomato (100 gms)
- 1 tbsp peanuts, roasted
- 1 cup curd (150 gms)
- 4 stems coriander leaves
SEASONING
METHOD
- Chop tomato finely.
- Grind roasted peanuts coarsely.
- Chop coriander leaves finely.
- Whisk curd to a smooth consistency.
- Add chopped tomato, peanut powder, salt and red chili powder. Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
