Sauce : Green Pea Raita And Gooseberry Raita
Green Pea Raita
INGREDIENTS
- 25 gms tender green peas
- 1 cup curd (150 gms)
- 1 tbsp mint chutney
- 1 tomato slice
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Boil peas with a pinch of salt.
- Whisk curd with a fork to a smooth
consistency.
- Add boiled peas and mint chutney to curd.
- Mix well. Add salt to taste.
- Decorate with tomato slice.

Goosebery Raita
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tomato (100 gms)
- 1 tbsp peanuts, roasted
- 1 cup curd (150 gms)
- 4 stems coriander leaves
SEASONING
- 10 gooseberries (50 gms)
- 1 cup curd (150gm)
- 1/2 tsp broken mustard seeds
- 2 green chilies
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Boil gooseberries till tender, adding 1/2 salt. Seed and separate boiled goose-berries into flakes.
- Chop chilies finely. Beat curd well.
- Add gooseberry flakes, chilies, mustard seeds and salt to curd.
- Mix well.
