Asparogus And Corn Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 6 - 7 fresh asparagus spears (100 gms)
- 50 gms fresh corn
- 100 gms tomatoes
- 6 - 7 baby potatoes (100 gms)
SEASONING
METHOD
- Slice tomatoes. Boil and peel potatoes.
- Put asparagus spears in a shallow pan. Pour boiling water over them.
- Add salt and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove and pour ice cold water. Drain. This will keep asparagus fresh and green. Set aside.
- Arrange salad bowl with potatoes, corn and asparagus, keeping tomato slices on outer side.
- Pour spinach sauce over salad.
- Chill and serve.
