Broccoli And Cauliflower Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 8 broccoli florets (100 gms)
- 8 cauliflower florets (100 gms)
- 1 medium carrot (100 gms)
- 1 apple (100 gms)
SEASONING
- 2 tbsp cheese sauce
- 3 tbsp fresh mint chutney
METHOD
- Wash cauliflower and broccoli florets. Pat dry.
- Steam lightly with a pinch of salt.
- Cut carrot into bite-sized pieces. Dice apple.
- On a shallow salad dish, arrange cauliflower and
broccoli florets, carrot and apple.
- Pour cheese sauce and stir gently.
- Spoon mint chutney over salad.
- Chill and serve.
