Salad Broken Wheat And Nut Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup broken wheat (50 gms)
- 1 carrot, grated (100 gms)
- 1/2 cup cabbage, finely shredded (50 gms)
- 1 green chili, chopped 6 - 7 cashew nuts
raisins
SEASONING
- 2 tsp lemon
- juice Salt to taste
METHOD
- Soak broken wheat in one cup of water for 2 hour
- Combine broken wheat, carrot, cabbage and green chili in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and salt.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
