Salad Broken Wheat And Nut Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup broken wheat (50 gms)
  • 1 carrot, grated (100 gms)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, finely shredded (50 gms)
  • 1 green chili, chopped 6 - 7 cashew nuts raisins


SEASONING

  • 2 tsp lemon
  • juice Salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Soak broken wheat in one cup of water for 2 hour
  2. Combine broken wheat, carrot, cabbage and green chili in a bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
