Salad Country Garden Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup tender fenugreek leaves
- 100 gms white radish
- 100 gms carrot
- 100 gms cucumber
- 100 gms tomato a
- 50 gms onion
- 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
SEASONING
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 - 3 flakes minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
METHOD
- Julienne white radish, carrot and cucumber.
- Cut onion and tomato lengthwise.
- Wash and wipe fenugreek leaves. Chop coarsely.
If leaves are tender, use whole.
- Mix all vegetables in a bowl. Add sesame seeds
and garlic.
- Season with lime juice, cumin and chili powder
and sprinkle salt.
- Garnish with grated coconut before serving.
