Mango And Grape Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 150 gms firm ripe mangoes
- 100 gms figs
- 50 gms green grapes
- 5 - 6 dates
- 5 walnuts (10 gms)
SEASONING
- 1/2 tsp rock salt powder
- 1 tsp dry mint or dill powder
METHOD
- Peel and dice mango. Quarter figs.
- Mix mango and figs.
- Add rock salt and mint or dill powder. Toss.
- Cut dates into slivers.
- Chop walnuts into small pieces.
- Sprinkle dates and walnuts over salad.
