Salad : Mixed sprout Salad



Mixed Sprout Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup moth sprouts (50 gms)
  • 1/2 cup whole green gram sprouts (50 gms)
  • 1 cup puffed rice (30 gms)
  • 1 tomato (100 gms)
  • 1 onion (50 gms)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped


SEASONING

  • 2 tbsp date and tamarind chutney


METHOD

  1. Cut tomato lenghtwise
  2. Chop onion finaly
  3. Mix sprouts, onion and tomat in a bowl.
  4. Add puffed rice
  5. Spoon chutney over salad. stir gently.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chilli.
