Salad : Mixed sprout Salad
Mixed Sprout Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup moth sprouts (50 gms)
- 1/2 cup whole green gram sprouts (50 gms)
- 1 cup puffed rice (30 gms)
- 1 tomato (100 gms)
- 1 onion (50 gms)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
SEASONING
- 2 tbsp date and tamarind chutney
METHOD
- Cut tomato lenghtwise
- Chop onion finaly
- Mix sprouts, onion and tomat in a bowl.
- Add puffed rice
- Spoon chutney over salad. stir gently.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chilli.
