Moth Sprout And Soya Paneer Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 100 gms sprouted moth
- 50 gms Soya paneer
- 1 tomato (100 gms)
- 1 cucumber (100 gms)
- 2 - 3 lettuce leaves, coarsely shredded
- 50 gms grapes
- 10 gms raisins
SEASONING
- 1 tsp mint or dill powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp castor sugar
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Cut cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice Soya paneer. Slice tomato.
- Mix sprouts, paneer, cucumber and grapes in a bowl.
- Line a flat dish with tomato slices.
- Spread salad mixture over tomato slices.
- Combine mint or dill powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Stir gently. Pour over salad.
- Garnish with raisins.
