Moth Sprout And Soya Paneer Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gms sprouted moth
  • 50 gms Soya paneer
  • 1 tomato (100 gms)
  • 1 cucumber (100 gms)
  • 2 - 3 lettuce leaves, coarsely shredded
  • 50 gms grapes
  • 10 gms raisins


SEASONING

  • 1 tsp mint or dill powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp castor sugar
  • Salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Cut cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice Soya paneer. Slice tomato.
  3. Mix sprouts, paneer, cucumber and grapes in a bowl.
  4. Line a flat dish with tomato slices.
  5. Spread salad mixture over tomato slices.
  6. Combine mint or dill powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Stir gently. Pour over salad.
  7. Garnish with raisins.
