Radish, Grape And Sesame Seed Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 medium pink radishes (75 gms)
  • 150 gms cucumbers
  • 1 tomato (100 gms)
  • 1 orange (100 gms)
  • 100 gms black grapes


SEASONING

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Julienne radish.
  2. Slice tomato and cucumbers.
  3. Peel and segment orange.
  4. In a bowl, mix all vegetables and add grapes and orange segments.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and salt over the mixture.
  6. Serve with 1/2 cup pea raita.
