Radish, Grape And Sesame Seed Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium pink radishes (75 gms)
- 150 gms cucumbers
- 1 tomato (100 gms)
- 1 orange (100 gms)
- 100 gms black grapes
SEASONING
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Julienne radish.
- Slice tomato and cucumbers.
- Peel and segment orange.
- In a bowl, mix all vegetables and add grapes and
orange segments.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and salt over the mixture.
- Serve with 1/2 cup pea raita.
