Sprouted Field Bean Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gms field bean sprouts
  • 100 gms cucumber
  • 100 gms tender cauliflower florets
  • 1 tomato (100 gms)
  • 1 onion (100 gms)


SEASONING

  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • Salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Dice cucumber and tomato. Slice onion into strips.
  2. Mix together lemon juice, coriander powder, sugar’s and salt.
  3. Combine cucumber, cauliflower, tomato and sprouted field beans in a salad bowl.
  4. Pour lemon juice mixture and sprinkle nutmeg powder over salad. Chill.
  5. Garnish with onion slices before serving.
