INGREDIENTS
- 30 gms wheat crispies
- 2 slices pineapple (100 gms)
- 1 big guava (150 gms)
- 1 apple (100 gms)
- 1 capsicum (20 gms)
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- Few lettuce leaves, shredded
SEASONING
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Cut guava, apple and pineapple into cubes.
- Chop capsicum finely.
- Combine fruits, vegetables and wheat crispies.
- Sprinkle pepper and salt.
- Garnish with lettuce leaves.
