Wheat Crispies And Fruit Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 gms wheat crispies
  • 2 slices pineapple (100 gms)
  • 1 big guava (150 gms)
  • 1 apple (100 gms)
  • 1 capsicum (20 gms)
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • Few lettuce leaves, shredded


SEASONING

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Cut guava, apple and pineapple into cubes.
  2. Chop capsicum finely.
  3. Combine fruits, vegetables and wheat crispies.
  4. Sprinkle pepper and salt.
  5. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
