Sauce : French Dressing And Spinach Sauce



French Dressing

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt


METHOD

  1. mix all ingredients in a screw-topped bottle and shake well.

Spinach Sauce

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch spinach leaves (100 gms)
  • 1 cup curd (150 gms)


SEASONING

  • 1 tsp Capsico sauce or chili sauce.
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Wash spinach leaves thoroughly.
  2. Boil in just enough water with a pinch of salt.
  3. Puree spinach in a blender. Chill.
  4. Add Capsico or chili sauce and salt.
  5. Beat curd and combine with spinach.
