French Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
METHOD
- mix all ingredients in a screw-topped bottle and shake well.

Spinach Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch spinach leaves (100 gms)
- 1 cup curd (150 gms)
SEASONING
- 1 tsp Capsico sauce or chili sauce.
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Wash spinach leaves thoroughly.
- Boil in just enough water with a pinch of salt.
- Puree spinach in a blender. Chill.
- Add Capsico or chili sauce and salt.
- Beat curd and combine with spinach.
