Sauce : Orange Sauce And Dill Sauce
Orange Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup orange juice (150 ml)
- 3 tsp orange rind, grated
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp castor sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add corn flour and orange juice.
- Stir well.
- add orange rind, castor sugar and salt.
- Bring to a boil and cool

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
