Sauce : Orange Sauce And Dill Sauce



Orange Sauce

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup orange juice (150 ml)
  • 3 tsp orange rind, grated
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp castor sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt to taste


METHOD

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add corn flour and orange juice.
  3. Stir well.
  4. add orange rind, castor sugar and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil and cool

Dill Sauce

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt


METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
